@drmbct Due to unavailibility of ATVM machine on platform, passengers have to waste the time for searching the machine. Because of that he unable to take printout of AC EMU Local trains tickets. Due to this,his train get missed. So please be needful & privide same earliest.

@drmbct please provide sufficient quantity of ATVM machines on all platforms and all foot over bridge of all platforms, specially on Borivali,Bandra,Andheri. Because it's very difficult to passengers to take printouts of paper ticket,booked by UTS application.

@drmbct please provide more ATVM machines on platform and foot over bridges of Andheri Railway station. It will be more convenient for all passengers , specially those who booked the paperless tickets through UTS App of Railway. Kindly be needful.

@drmbct please provide one more fast train between virar to Churchgate in early morning hours between 5.11am to 5.27am from Virar as there is no fast local for churchgate for 18 mins of long gap. Due to this 5.27am fast local from Virat get much crowded after Bhaynder.

@myBESTBus santacruz पूर्व बस स्थानक येथे अनेक प्रवाशी,वृद्ध,शाळकरी व कॉलेज विदयार्थी उन्हातान्हात बस ची वाट बघत असताना सुद्धा ,अनेक बस उभ्या असतात..��सेस ना प्रवासी उपलब्ध असतांना सुद्धा बसेस लवकर सोडल्या जात नाहीत..प्रशासनाने लवकरात लवकर लक्ष घालून हा प्रश्न मार्गी लावावा

@myBESTBus Being heavy waiting by many passengers at Bus stops, Many BEST buses of Kurla depot are simply standed at Santcruz Bus Station east like 313,311,517,507.. Passengers are suffering due to Long que at Bus Stop..Administration please look into the matter earliest..

@drmbct New time table disturbed many daily commuters..no addition of Bhaynder local for Mira-Bhaynder passengers..I request to extend maximum borivali slow and fast trains upto Bhaynder, instead of termination at Borivali.. Please consider this our sincere request.

@GoDayly Today on 18 Jul 21,milk not delivered at our home. In morning at 8.05am i contacted customer care but they picked up the call after 25mins and promised to deliver. but not delivered the milk yet. Also yours customer care is busy since long time. Milk packets deducted.
