Might be a good read
Imagine a neighborhood filled with all kinds of cats, Calicos, Ginger Tabbies, Black cats, Siamese, just living their normal cat lives. They hunt small things, nap in the sun, and bother humans for food. Everything seems fine on the surface.
Now, picture what it would look like if something like racism existed in that cat world.
First, some cats, let’s say the Ginger Tabbies, start believing they’re the “real” or “better” cats just because of their orange fur. They might start thinking Black cats are bad luck or that Siamese cats are too noisy. They don’t actually know these cats personally, they’ve just decided what they believe based on appearance. That’s basically prejudice.
Then it goes a step further. The Ginger Tabbies start controlling certain parts of the neighborhood. Maybe they claim the best sunny porch and don’t allow other cats to sit there. If a Calico or Black cat tries, they chase them away. Now it’s not just belief anymore, it’s action. That’s discrimination.
It gets deeper when you think about history. Imagine that years ago, the humans in that area treated some cats better than others, maybe Calicos always got the best food, while Black cats got less or worse. Over time, that difference adds up. The Calicos grow stronger, have better spots, and an easier life overall, while the Black cats struggle to catch up. Even if things become “fair” later on, the effects of that past still show. That’s what people mean by systemic issues, it’s built into how things have been for a long time.
And honestly, in a neighborhood like that, things wouldn’t feel right. Cats would be more focused on pushing each other away than just living peacefully. Some really skilled or kind cats might be ignored just because of how they look. It takes away from what actually matters.
In the end, it shows how unfair it is to judge anyone, cat or human, based on something as simple as appearance instead of who they really are.
We are all human and should love ourselves regardless of race or identity

Ucl is the toughest football competition, it’s much easier to win the league than to win ucl
Barcelona last won the Champions League in 2015, 11 years ago. Since then, they’ve won six La Liga titles, while Real Madrid have lifted the Champions League trophy five times.
So, how has Barcelona managed to dominate domestically but struggle to replicate that success in Europe?
I’m watching a Barcelona La Liga game for the first time this season and I can’t believe what I’m seeing. This league is rigged in favour of Barcelona.
Surround yourself with people who see a flying car and say, "Awesome!"
Not people who see a flying car and say, "It's not actually flying" or "I don't see the point."
This post is not about cars :)
