@DellCares@MOHITKR2398 Last week, Dell Cares asked me to send a private message. I did. No response whatsoever. Dell has simply chosen to turn my life into a living hell.

@Dell A premium product is not defined only by specifications, awards or launch campaigns.
It is also defined by what the company does when something goes wrong.
And after months, two replacements and dozens of documented failures, this case is still unresolved.
@Dell I have been a Dell customer for years. I own a Dell desktop, two Dell laptops, and I had two Dell monitors before buying what was presented as one of Dell’s flagship displays after CES 2026.
What followed has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
@Dell What makes this even more disappointing is that I had a very positive view of Dell.
Professionally, I am involved in technology and hardware projects where Dell is often highly regarded.
Personally, after this experience, I would have enormous difficulty choosing Dell again.
@Dell I said this directly to Dell support, and I will repeat it publicly: as a paying customer, I have felt treated like garbage.
Not because a product failed. Products fail.
Because of the lack of follow-up and the level of indifference after repeated failures.
@Dell That is particularly striking when you compare the marketing around this product with the experience of a customer who actually paid.
This was promoted as a premium, award-winning product and was widely showcased by reviewers and influencers.
My reality has been very different.
@Dell My experience was basically a succession of support contacts, technician visits and replacements, but without anyone at Dell appearing to take responsibility for the overall customer experience.
Two replacements later, I am still dealing with the same underlying problems.
@Dell Hardware can fail. I understand that.
What I find much harder to accept is Dell’s response after the failure.
For months, there was virtually no meaningful customer-care follow-up, no ownership of the case, and no one managing the problem from beginning to end.
@Dell Dell has already replaced the monitor twice.
Twice.
And the problems remain.
I have changed outlets, power sources and followed the troubleshooting steps suggested to me. None of that solved the issue.
@Dell The KVM functionality is, in practice, unusable.
I eventually bought a Dell keyboard and Dell mouse specifically so I could switch between devices via Bluetooth, because the built-in KVM that was one of the reasons I bought this monitor simply does not work reliably.
@Dell Before buying this monitor, I specifically researched reports about problems with Dell’s previous 49-inch model, especially KVM issues.
I bought the newer model precisely because it was presented as the premium evolution that would address those problems.
It did not.
@DellCares Thanks for the concern about personal data, but it’s only the Service Tag. I’m simply exhausted. I bought what was supposed to be your flagship monitor months ago and still get no meaningful contact from Dell, only delays and replacements with equally defective units.
@DellCares Yes, I am looking for technical support. But I’m not taking this to DMs because Dell has already failed to resolve this privately. I want the way I’ve been treated as a Dell customer to be public.
