Stop telling traumatised people to “just let it go.”
It’s not a grudge.
It’s: a body that learned danger is normal. A mind that learned love isn’t safe.
A nervous system that never got a fucking break.
I’m not refusing to heal.
I’m rebuilding what trauma destroyed.
When someone dies by suicide, people ask:
Why didn’t they talk to someone?
What were they thinking?
How could they do that?
But when someone tries to open up, the world often says:
You’re overreacting.
You’ll be fine.
You’re too sensitive.
That’s life get on with it.
Silencing people in pain and then judging their silence is one of the cruellest things we do as a society.
For anyone confused : when you try to make something look random (like the placement of flowers in a patch of grass), you can't spread things out evenly, it will look artificial, like a pattern
You will need small AND big spaces
This lines technique can also help with that vvv
