@JustinWolfers Our business had always planned on refunding every dollar of charged tariffs if refunds were processed. Doubtful they will ever materialize, but we are prepared for the claims process with our shippers and plan to reconcile customer charges for these in their favor
Heading back to Paris tonight on @AACenter@AmericanAir Flight 44 and so lucky to have Fabrice in the business cabin. A true master of customer service and a credit to your airline. Happy New Year! John and Scotti
@SecScottBessent@SecScottBessent An implementation in 2026 to save businesses would have been a logical solution. Not perfect, but tremendously more fair to us all

@FedExHelp Long time customer, first time complainer. I have a shipment in process since 6/23. Every other day there is a new customs issue never brought up before and this is costing me thousands. Whom can I email this horrible documentation to and get this resolved?
@MichaelMoody Applied first day. Got the call to upload docs to the Intralinks portal along with a duplicate of the app I had already submitted. Did this all within 8 minutes of hanging up with the rep. Then...radio silence.
@GeoffMatous@BankofAmerica We are evaluating so many aspects of our business moving forward. We have been happy and loyal business customers for 8 years. Slap in the face!
