I just got off the phone with a VA employee at 800-827-1000 and when I started asking questions about a denied claim, the employee got aggressive and hostile. Stating that everything is explained in the denial letter. Is this helping a veteran?

And then when I call the VBA line at 1-800-827-1000 the representatives seem to want to brush the veteran off when asking the questions that the have a right to know the answer, and or state you have to wait for the hard copy of the denial letter?

Ok why if I submitted private DBQs and nexus letters are VA employees not even following the M21-1 manual and providing permit notes in vbms, or providing reason for C&P exams requests for claims. And turning around and denying claims?
