@Oreva_ira Something that always bugged me about s1 Korra is that she didn’t act like someone who had spent 13 years being trained by master martial artists. Cause how did a group dedicated to maintaining balance across the world fail to teach her patience, humility & strategic thinking
@ChrissyReneH@TemptorSerbicus I certainly hope that your father, grandfather and/or uncles were arrested for doing shit like this, because you have a sick family. Oh, and ALL your male friends do this? I think you need to work on the people you attract in your life.
@DWNwdasckns@TemptorSerbicus 1. That is both racist & sexist
2. You probably shouldn’t be saying shit like that when women have been doing the same thing regardless of their ethnicity
@JLOMIE1@Jack0fHearts6 Yeah, but what I mean is does afo react on its own or does he need to activate it to make it work? Like, the quirks get out of hand and afo suppresses them unconsciously or he has to make the choice to use it.
@AnthonyZayne1@Codedgrim Unfortunately, the majority(damn near 100%) of times you find 2 characters in the same verse with the same name there is a reason for it beyond “2 people can have the same name”.
@gabriel_onche@Oreva_ira She was fine with being there in the beginning, she grew impatient over the years, especially so when she mastered 3 elements and felt she was ready. Also there are many exercises you can use to teach a person patience
@gabriel_onche@Oreva_ira My point is these masters somehow failed to teach her anything outside of fighting, and besides a person can naturally be hotheaded while being able to exercise patience when they are TAUGHT how to do so.
@JLOMIE1@Jack0fHearts6 Yuji might just die from activating 2 incompatible CTs at the same time. But my question is doesn’t afo need to be activated mentally? Because the strain of staying conscious while your head alone turns into a door, a windex nozzle and grows whiskers might be too much for Deku.
@JLOMIE1@Jack0fHearts6 Yeah, but if he gets them all at once, wouldn’t that cause an immediate mental overload or something? Like he has the quirks to fix it but all the other quirks are getting in his way
@xeedinkk@Oreva_ira It’s fine, not a problem, actually refreshing to meet someone who will explain what their views are instead of insulting you and dodging questions
@fw_keitth Tanking a hit does not mean not taking damage from an attack. It means taking the hit and still being able to fight after, that’s the whole point of being a tank
