All things considered, as days for Welsh rugby goes, the headlines will (and fairly) say it's one to forget. Having watched 3 of the 4 regional games this weekend though (I'll catch up on Cardiff tomorrow), there is a future to be positive about, 4 regions holding their own

Thursday is our Disability Sport Event at the LC, 10am-2pm. Come along and have a go at some taster sessions and information stalls for local sport providers & disability organisations.
