@BegumNadiya I'm a teacher. I'd be appalled to find any students treating each other how you were treated. We have your story cookbook in prided place on a stand on our classroom bookshelf. It's the book they all want to read. You continue to outdo yourself. Thanks for this documentary

What of the needs of other students to have a calm learning environment? of teachers to produce results for students, parents, government and school? The needs of other students to feel safe from harm? How do we show empathy to the chair-throwers?

@JohnLavender5 @SarahBa19844848 @anitakntweets @jordyjax We are being given a lot of reasons such as attachment, autism, defiance disorders etc. These are all very helpful in understanding why children behave a certain way. They are a healthier perspective than "Jack/Jill are naughty". But then what? How is it dealt with?

@MissTrunchbull2 @anitakntweets @DrRLofthouse Or we can get them to wear ties (much like a lot of schools tend to be doing) and prove true to the old adage that you can't polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter. Jokes aside, people are too hung up on class thing. It's not true of all. But it's also not untrue of many.

@DrRLofthouse I don't think this should be dismissed out of hand. This phrase rang true for the students I teach: "if you are used to shouting out to be heard, no one has ever taught you how to wait your turn or share...You wouldn’t think that is wrong, you would think that is normal."
