@SW_Help Your revenue protection team had no issues in forcing me to buy another ticket for a train 30 min earlier than my original one, but failed to mention the aircon isn’t working. This is both inhumane and extortionate. Disgusting service!
@SW_Help 33 degrees OUTSIDE, and your trains have no functional aircon and yet it’s still £30+ for a single off peak? I’m literally sweating non stop inside your train and there’s not a single puff of wind or cooling. If I knew this was the situation I would’ve taken a taxi!
@SW_Help Apologies isn’t gonna refund me my ticket price for a supposed air conditioned trip to Southampton, not one where I’m shedding pounds of sweat in the process. I booked a train ticket, not a sauna one…
@toobbroadband The irony of this post when your service has been the one that’s achy-breaky numerous times this month alone with zero care to your customers and the disruption it’s causing them. AVOID AT ALL COST!
@ispreview@toobbroadband Might be worth putting their time in ensuring the current network grid doesn’t keep going down perhaps instead of focusing on making more money at the expense of your existing customers?!
@toobbroadband@CityFibre And tens of thousands of homes have had their service cut off twice in two weeks with no prior warning or updates on ETAs from toob. The only award they’re winning next is for most irritated customers. Avoid at all cost!
@toobbroadband Probably for the best if you don’t cover their area, seeing your service track record and inconsiderate approach in customer service and in providing support post-sales. AVOID AT ALL COST!
@toobbroadband Would be good if you’re aware of these before they happen and prevent them from happening, instead of giving absolutely useless updates with zero ETA or details on when things will get fixed by. Despicable service, regretting being with toob and will be changing providers ASAP!
@SW_Help Here are a few tips for keeping your customers comfortable:
1- Don’t have trains delayed for over an hour
2- Don’t have trains moving at max speeds of 10mph
3- Do provide air conditioning in your trains, ESPECIALLY when you have delays and it’s 30+ degrees outside… 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
