@yarratrams I live in st kilda and I was just waiting for the 16 route tram to kew at my stop 132 princes street, the tram was supposed to get here at 8.38pm and I saw the tram coming towards me, the tram driver saw me too and he didn’t stop! Went right past me….

@LiveLongInPeace @yarratrams I’ve lived in Melbourne long enough and having had my fair share of tram rides, I’ve never had to wave at trams for them to stop. As a general rule the driver must stop if there is someone waiting there, even if it one person.
