My wife has been admitted to the hospital for the last 2 days, and we are still waiting for the initial cashless approval from your side. The doctor has already provided a proper justification letter, yet the claim was declined and we received this email instead.

Honestly, porting to Niva Bupa feels like one of the worst decisions. If you don’t intend to provide timely cashless treatment support during emergencies, then why market it as a benefit at all?

Patients and families already go through enough stress during hospitalization. Delaying approvals only makes it worse.

On Mar 25, 2023, my bike was stolen near my residence.
On Jun 26, 2023, my Samsung S22 Ultra was taken by a thief at a wedding.
On Jan 17, 2024, my car battery was stolen.
