I got remittance from USD to INR and got a difference of 1.71 rs/usd less amount from my peers. I checked usd fluctuation on that day and there was not much difference which can create this big difference.

I want to know why I got this big difference.
I already provided all the proofs and the bank gave me 0.5 rs/usd.
This is totally unacceptable,
I want a proper conversion rate based on that day.
