@martinneethling @vumatel Vumatel technicians removed the cover and simply changed the plug input. Easy peasy! I didn’t want to remove the main cover (guarantee nullification issues), but the solution was a quick and simple one.

Hi @vumatel - is it possible to arrange for a technician to adapt the power connection on my fibre box (a Raycore from 2014) from a two-pin plug to a universal DC cable connection that can run through a mini UPS? It seems an adapter for this purpose does not exist.

I am not a fan of public rants, but in the case of @TAKEALOT I’ll make an exception. A product ordered and paid for on 2 Dec that was available and in stock in Johannesburg has still not been delivered. Hiding behind systems highlights the very worse service delivery failures. 🤬

Every single setting, programme or App I have on every single device I use is set to a 24-hour clock. The only exception is @WhatsApp for desktop and it drives me insane. No options to change this in settings. How do I fix it?
