@HMRCcustomers my tax code is wrong, the online portal won’t work for my account, the phone lines don’t answer and the web chat is constantly busy. Any other way I can get this changed please?

@Hermesparcels I’m a retailer. I sent 32 parcels through hermes on the 9th April and 1 has been delivered. Hermes have not updated us we have spent endless hours on the phone, emailing, tweeting, emailing the CEO. If you are a retailer do not use this shocking company.
