🚨 BREAKING: The NCAA has been stripped of ALL AUTHORITY in regards to NIL rules... College Football is officially a free for all now
A Federal Court in Tennessee delivered an injunction against the NCAA on Friday, which states that the NCAA is "restrained from enforcing the NCAA Interim NIL Policy, the NCAA Bylaws, or any other authority."
This lawsuit came as a result of the NCAA investigating Tennessee for their recruitment of Nico Iamaleava. It was believed that the Vols may get punished by the NCAA for paying the player when he was a prospect...
Now, the tables have fully turned. The State of Tennessee sued the NCAA after the news broke, in an attempt to protect the Vols from punishment
And this order today has now essentially made the NCAA temporarily powerless 😬
So what does this mean? Now, any player or prospect can openly communicate with Programs in the 2 states. There is ZERO risk of punishment for programs in Virginia/Tennessee committing any infractions right now
The end of the NCAA really might've came as a result of messing with Tennessee...
WOW 😲
We’ve known for years those Neyland Lights are something else… & tonight, with the help & support of @Vol_Sports they are shining blue for Blount County SO fallen deputy, Greg McCowan.
Through the night, those Neyland Lights will continue to shine blue for our hero.
