Sunday Morning Thought.

Hard to win when you’re not connected as a unit. The coaching staff isn’t connected to the team, and the players aren’t connected to each other.

The silver lining: competence isn’t the issue. Cohesion is.

Coaches have to run what works best for the personnel they have, and the players have to trust each other and execute.

They have two weeks to figure it out.

On a positive note, I’m really excited to see what Bryce, Buchanan, and Marsh do for the rest of the year. These guys are building momentum in the passing game that we haven’t seen at Michigan in many years. You have a point. When Michigan loses to Iowa, it always seems to follow a similar script: outplay them in a close, low-scoring game, but fail to throw the knock out punch. Goes back to 1985.
