@EastleighBC I ordered a garden waste bin from you 6 weeks ago. I've still not recieved it. You're quick enough to take my money for a whole year subscription but absolutely appalling at delivering in the 20 days that are advertised on the website.

@Hermesparcels when will my parcel be delivered? It was out for delivery and then you updated it an hour later saying it was too big for the courier. You've had both of my parcels since last week and nothing has changed on the tracking info. WTF is going on?

@nectar someone used 16000 points at my local sainsbury's without me knowing. You've refused to help claiming its sainsbury's problem. Sainsbury's have refused to help claiming its nectars problem. How can I resolve this? I'd like to make a formal complaint
