@fem_mb Be gracious but cautious. Listen to what she has to say. Also, think of it as a process. Your ultimate goal is not to get her to agree to your position, but that the two of you may coexist and talk about it from time to time.

In the end, gracious, confrontational, proclamational relation based evangelism is the most effective means to give the gospel completely.
@InductivReason@thisisfoster Only God brings true justice. That is not my job. It's to speak the truth clearly, and then trust that God will glorify Himself through the situation. That does not mean that I am to enable, but that also means that I do not take up arms.
@lambeth981 I am especially frustrated by their approach that says that God told the absolute truth about some things, but chose to cloak His creative acts with ambiguous language, even though He defines truth by His very nature.
@GodandCulture Ministry is such a strange journey. I would not have necessarily done what Mr. Washer but that is between him and God. At the worst, it was unwise.
My issue is that he made it performative and used it as a sermon illustration. That is where things get a little ugly for me.
@BMcGrewvy As a conservative, expositional, evangelistic pastor, I would submit that Josephus' testimony about the historical existence of Christ is not going to be the straw that pushes one to faith in our Savior.
