@boltapp what a bad customer experience you are providing me with your support team. I missed my bus because bolts driver made a wrong turn and I had to pay a lot of money to get a new ticket and bolt is not helping me with this bad experience.

@boltapp claims that they are very prompt in resolving their customers issue but I am still waiting for their reply and I’m not getting any. I am not able to find any customer support email or contact number on which I can actually to a real person.

Firstly dealing with 2 really bad experiences of airbnb stay in paris and wasting a lot of mental energy to get it resolved, now I‘be to deal with them again to get my money back. I’d never imagined that airbnb customer support is going to be this horrible. @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb

Dis is wid regards to my current @Airbnb booking in Paris. I had very bad experience wid airbnb der nd @AirbnbHelp asked us to shift to a hotel nd told us that they’ll reimburse our bills nd now Im trying to get my reimbursement back and no help from @AirbnbHelp

It has been around 2 weeks and I have not got any reimbursement and no clarity on by when will I get my reimbursement. I am constantly talking to their support staff and everyone is just passing me to another support staff and I have repeat myself again and again.

@wonderchef @SanjeevKapoor it hs been more than 3 weeks since we've registered a complaint 4 wonderchef mixer grinder. 4 times Ive calld customer care and no resolution yet. 1stly pathetic product they make nd then terrible customer service they provided. Never buying its product
