@AmericanExpress I did not pay my annual fee on my platinum card as I was not using it,little did I know they would automatically renew it for £650, now added interest on a card hardly used!! I called and raised a complaint, now waiting to hear the outcome , this needs cancelling

@NHS Our elderly neighbour paid £20 for his taxi to take him to hospital only to be told his appointment had been cancelled when he got there, then it was £20 for the taxi home, £40 to a pensioner is a lot of wasted money!!! Can it be reimbursed?
