@SingaporeAir still my family is stuck in Muscat after their flight SQ494 has been diverted for bad weather in Dubai yesterday and after more than 12 hours nobody in @SingaporeAir care. They've got no assistance, no food, no idea when they will be coming home

@SingaporeAir totally sucks. Flight SQ494 diverted to Muscat and no any kind of support from @SingaporeAir .. they covered their ass with an email saying they’ll provide transport and accommodation that never happened. @SingaporeAir is a disgrace

@SingaporeAir flight SQ494 passengers are dumped at Muscat airport instead of providing them hotel accommodation, because the flight has more than 6 hours delay. Shame on @SingaporeAir

@SingaporeAir My wife and kids are on flight SQ494 from Singapore to Dubai, diverted to Muscat for the poor weather conditions and the call center is totally useless. Now they are disembarking after 6 hours. Horrible organization by @SingaporeAir
