@MTN180@NgComCommission ... but better. And like I told your care agents when they called severally, it's not just me, the entire area is affected and are complaining. Most people have lost gigs, most have been unable to apply for gigs(me inclusive) due to this issue.

@NgComCommission@MTN180 Still hasn't improved, though, they've reached out twice now(yesterday and today). I told them it's not a personal issue, but a location issue. They've promised to send the feedback to the technical team again.
