Rob is one of the most respected “patient first” advocates in America. Must be some very non patient first decisions occurring at Beaumont. Problem is that institution was a model for years and certainly worry about the wrong model for others to follow now
@SteveYangMD Check out the book written about his life by Dr Craig Miller titled A time for all Things.. It is well written and brings in the world environment that was also happening. A great read that truthfully we can all learn lessons from.

We looked at a series of 5 of these we had stent grafted and looked awesome after the procedure. They all occluded on anticoagulation. Rec surg repair and if not possible his risk of rupture probably is lower than the risk of his co-morbidities if he is a non surgical candidate
