We have seen many patients clear substantial clot in heparin and I wonder if these are plasmin super responders?

We looked at a series of 5 of these we had stent grafted and looked awesome after the procedure. They all occluded on anticoagulation. Rec surg repair and if not possible his risk of rupture probably is lower than the risk of his co-morbidities if he is a non surgical candidate
