Making it fun & easy to discover, plan & enjoy unforgettable cruise vacations. YouTube channel: 500k subs. 140 million video views! 128 cruises to date!
This is a good move as I am seeing channels pop up taking my videos, titles and thumbnails and using AI to change them “enough” and using AI voice and posting. Sometimes pulling chunks of footage too. Hopefully viewers being better informed/ alerted will help slow this down
🚨BREAKING🚨
YouTube is now auto-detecting AI-generated content and putting labels on it, even if creators don't disclose it themselves.
Labels are also moving to a more prominent spot - below the player on long-form, overlay on Shorts.

@SomersetWasBlue@hound_al It’s not much quicker as still have to line up to use the EES machines so in line with people registering for first time and not. Still have to scan passport and do finger prints and photo …
Having experienced the new EU EES system flying in and out of some places it’s a nightmare. So slow and long lines. Definitely changing plans that include going into Europe. If anyone has plans to go to Europe especially in summer rethink if you can. It’s such a mess
EU entry-exit system.
The EES was never intended to contend with the British.
Most of the “third-country nationals” crossing Schengen frontiers are from the UK.
We add too much pressure in too many inadequate border locations.
Europe must pause and reflect

@hound_al@SomersetWasBlue Yes every time have to join the same line both going in and out. 100% over bureaucratic. Unlike the machines that EU, USA and many other countries use coming into UK
Have you signed up for and use the free Cruise Globe? You can add all your cruises and also track them in realtime. This is my Wind Surf cruise ! https://t.co/JKC8HwvFWa
@thecruiseglobe
When the #WindstarCruises#WindSurf is moored outside a port, like here in Sorrento, they open the Marina at the rear of the ship to go swimming and if currents not too strong can also kayak.
@BarryBevan approximately 260 meters/ 85feet above sea level. And about 1,350 stone steps, though also stone slope alongside the steps. Took me about 45 - 60 minutes up and same down. But with rests most take up to 1.5 hours each way
Yesterday in Kotor hiked up the large mountain to the fortress at the top. It’s my favourite thing to do here. Views are stunning. #WindstarCruises#windsurf#kotormontenegro
Gorgeous sunny day for our call into the beautiful Kotor. One of my favourite ports on an Adriatic itinerary. I love climbing up the large mountain behind the old city here #windstarcruises#windsurf
Our second port of call on #Windstar#WindSurf was Split Croatia. It’s only one of 2 ports out of 6 on itinerary we are docked. Rest of ports are tender ones as more out of way places. City centre has that “Game of Thrones” feel as various parts of Croatia were used in the show.
In July 2027, I will be hosting a group cruise on one of the most iconic cruise experiences in the world today: a 7-night Transatlantic Crossing on Cunard Queen Mary 2. To find out more and how to book: https://t.co/mdRjnhs6ND
My cabin on #Windstar#WindSurf. No balcony cabins on sailing ship so have portholes. Decent size though age of ship shows in things like air conditioning which had to get them to see to 2x as cannot control the temperature & rather noisy. Cabins being revamped end of this year
Boarded @WindstarCruises#WindSurf in Venice for an 8-night cruise to Civitavecchia. One of the few ships allowed to sail the Grand Canal and dock in the old Venice Cruise terminal due to its size.
