@normal_danny I completely get what you're saying, but don't forget you have achieved things I'd give a left arm for. Don't forget to be proud and celebrate that
@normal_danny Apologies Danny! context lost in trying to meet the Twitter character limit, that should have read I agree wholeheartedly with you! keep up the good work!
@normal_danny I Agree! I started in 2017, it's taken me a long time to hit 118 suffering a lot of injuries and time out along the way. I think it's natural a lot of people feel passionately about something we love so much and want to keep pure. The dedication required is what makes it so pure
@normal_danny Part of the beauty of parkrun is no matter how fast you run, your milestones are purely a result of turning up weekly. I think 25 can be argued as a good addition to encourage new walkers/runners to an attainable target. But reaching 50 felt great, and at 118, 250 will be bliss
@normal_danny 100% agree, hitting 100 was a big deal, and due to life i know it's going to be a long time until I hit 250, but that's what makes it all the sweeter. Don't devalue it like the rest of the way life is, instant gratification isn't the way forward...
@UPS as usual your tracking service states that my parcel has been delivered, signed for by someone who's surname does not reside at this address, which it hasn't can you please tell me where it actually is?
Climb onboard with Damon Hill for 5 minutes of madness in a Ferrari 250 GTO! There really is nothing better than a V12 Ferrari being pushed to the limit at the #GoodwoodRevival

@normal_danny I find this phenomena on social media crazy. At nearly 30 years old, I have a group friends of nearly 20 years (from school) in which we all disagree with each other at times, sometimes often. We move on from it quickly and it never dominates our friendship.
@normal_danny After becoming a parkrunnner in 2017 I got to experience solely the growth of parkrun, I really had never even considered the end of individual events until the covid pandemic, and I am not ashamed to say I cannot help but find it extremely sad.
