@riverislandhelp spent 30 mins waiting in the Kingston branch for 2 pairs of shoes, told me they had them and to come back later, I did and waited another 15 mins only to be told they had sold them and didnβt have anymore, very poor service and totally unacceptable!
@ArgosHelpers But the item is a whole bbq, which is used obviously and fully constructed with no packaging. You want me to take a fully built bbq back to store?
@ArgosHelpers It was the Deluxe Lovo Premium Charcoal Party BBQ with Rotisserie. I bought it in the Weybridge store. I have photos of the broken mechanism and receipt
@Argos_Online I bought a rotisserie bbq on Saturday, first time I used it on Monday the powered rotisserie handle broke after 30mins. It is poorly designed and manufactured. This was a deciding factor in my choice of bbq, but now I am just left with a simple barrel bbq that costs Β£130.
