120Ah*12V = 1440Wh
1440Wh/250W will give you appropriately ~5.7h (at 100% efficiency, see inverter specs)

We've taken apart a few different Cat5e patch cables recently, and (perhaps surprisingly) they can vary quite a bit. Here's one with a separate shielding wire and wrap.
