Would it be fair of me to state that you are full of it? I think it would be. Here is where you got your number (29) from :
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Apprehensions (FY 2023): Border Patrol reported arresting 29 individuals with prior convictions or pending charges for homicide or manslaughter during border enforcement operations.
Here are the numbers you conveniently ignored however I'm sure you're aware as you seem to have looked up the numbers the same place I did.
State of Texas Data: In Texas, which tracks criminal convictions by legal status, there were 22 homicide convictions attributed to undocumented immigrants out of 568 total homicide convictions in the state in 2023.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ERO Arrests (FY 2023): ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) conducted administrative arrests of 1,713 individuals who had charges or convictions for homicide listed on their criminal records (accumulated over past years).
Try being honest next time because for now, anything you post from here on out has zero credibility with me and the many others that have just read the truth.
How would you feel if the apartment you wanted just got rented out to an illegal alien? How would you feel if you just got outbid for a job you needed by an illegal alien? How would you feel if you needed to go to the emergency room and found the waiting room filled with illegal aliens? What other "feelings" would you like to talk about?
@alterboogie They often also have zero skills making them a burden of the rest of us. Go back to your own country, learn a skill then come and apply properly.
@JrSheet6475@skumWgmi New flooring, new paint, new appliances, holes in the walls, replace bedroom doors, fix or replace windows, replace all blinds, change locks, remove all trash the tenant left behind. Should I go on?
@Steelers5821@Bibliofly112077@ClownWorld My section 8 tenants have been the worst tenants, I finally have my last one moving out this weekend, It will probably cost me 10K to prepare that apartment for rent again. The place is trashed.
In my jurisdiction, I am only "allowed" by the socialist style government here to charge 1 month rents charge for deposit yet I have always had to spend more than 5K to get the apartment back to rent able condition and good luck collecting the discrepancy from the former tenant that trashed the apartment.
Jerry Zeifman's Opinion of Hilary Clinton who worked briefly on the Watergate investigation.
Jerry Zeifman, the chief counsel of the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate inquiry, had a negative view of Clinton's work.
He expressed that if he had the authority, he would have fired her, but he did not have the power to do so since she reported to a different counsel.
The Reasons for His Negative Perception:
Zeifman criticized Clinton for her work on a brief that he believed undermined the rights of the accused during the impeachment process.
He described her as "a liar" and "an unethical, dishonest lawyer," which contributed to his low opinion of her.
I guess some people never change.
Have you ever heard of rent control? it's very popular in progressive run cities. My costs have gone up far more than I am allowed to raise rents. And what do you have against people like me making a profit? I worked my ass of to get the money to buy the property, I took the risk, I should expect a return on my investment just like any other business. Last year I had to replace the ceiling in four rooms in an apartment because the tenants caused a mold problem in part due to an illegal child care business they were running. It cost me $10K to replace everything they ruined. Can't exactly raise the rent to cover expenses like that. Educate yourself before you go making comments you can't back up please.
All women in the line? In my day, that's the line I'm going want to be in. Which reminds me of when I was training people how to use a machine and I had a job in one of the SF office buildings. I was taken to a floor where it appeared all the employees were young, well dressed attractive women. I jokingly said to the guy who was taking me to the training site, I want to work on this floor!!! but was met with silence and an awkwardness to my statement. Later he told me, you have to be careful what you say due to sexual harassment. Everyone in the building has to take the class. Seriously? you can't even make a joke anymore?
Things definitely have changed including the work ethics of the youth of today. I look at all the opportunities available now and can only imagine how successful and prosperous I would be now as a young person with my work ethics. Stop complaining and get to work. No one want to hear your whining.
