4 Simple tips to reduce lower ‘Belly Fat’
1️⃣ Walk 10k steps per day
2️⃣ Exercise moderately hard to very hard for at least 45 minutes 3-5 x per week
3️⃣ Multiply your bodyweight in lbs x 11. Eat that many calories.
4️⃣ Eat 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
4 (not so obvious) reasons why you may not be seeing the progress/ results you want…
1️⃣ Its not the right goal for you
2️⃣ You’re not 100% committed
3️⃣ You’re focusing on what you DON’T want rather than what you DO want
4️⃣ You don’t put yourself first
