@AmazonHelp When I tried to chat with the customer service exec, he was adamant that the delivery was attempted (Which it was not) and kept asking me to wait till June 3rd. I don't mind waiting but the delivery was never attempted. Why did they simply change the status?

@AmazonHelp The delivery agent didn't contact me or even attempt to deliver my package. He simply changed the status to 'Delivery attempted customer unavailable' and when I called him he said 'I am far away, I wont deliver it today'
