me back in march after the surgery.......that's not stitches in the middle of my chest just some glue holding everything together....and i guess some wires holding my sternum together inside till it sets

3 months after quadruple bypass and push ups still a big no go.....but I no longer feel like dying when I sneeze so that's a positive....
