@somewheresy Perhaps you should reconsider and just not take it with you on the flight.
Stopping to collect anything could kill others, it seems aviation isn’t your specialist subject so perhaps leave it to others to work out what to do, leave them to train crews and then just obey them.

@lauralaban If you turn into wind you’ll have a ground speed of roughly 2630 fpm, that’s 4 times your ROD. Survivable I reckon so, as survivable as a parachute with very little ground speed unless it’s really windy , probably not.

@jamieshawyer It’s at Sywell, we used the physical cockpit of the old IR training device and replaced the computers, software, flight model and scenery.
It’s a big improvement, and we’ve got plans for even more.

@michealsheridan Will you have a home charger ?
Can you get a cheap rate electricity deal overnight ? Will you be at home most nights?
Is there any infrastructure for a particular manufacturer like Tesla on the routes you will drive the most ?

I’ve got an EV and have never had a charging issue.
