@SkyHelpTeam please explain to me how the app is saying all is well with my broadband when clearly the speed test shows all is not well. Can't even watch the football now because we have sky glass. Seriously thinking of cancelling and going back to BT. Never had this problem.

@MerlinapUK was booked for madame tussauds at 3pm. Spent ages trying to cancel the booking around about 2pm but couldn't find anywhere to cancel only amend. Why is there no obvious option just to cancel a booking as now our passes will have a mark against them for not turning up.
