Do you have customer services people in Kenya
If yes then they are trying to scam customers by asking them to download an app for refunds as your whole refund system is down
You just go from bad to worse

Really wished I had seen all the negative comments on here before ordering £500 worth of clothes online
Returned most 6 weeks ago and still trying to get a refund. Customer service is useless as never bother reading email and DM replies
Now with Amex to sort

Look at my history (Emails and Messages) to see what’s gone on
I can list at list 6 different names of people that have replied to this issue and done nothing

Am really losing patience now. I send DM’s and emails and no one reads the chain
have case open but no one looks at it
48hrs to resolve or will involve credit card company and do a chargeback for the difference
Whole company is a complete shambles

On the verge now of contacting credit card company to step in
Do not say send a DM as I have numerous times and even these are being ignored. check back and find the threads
@British_Airways What is the point in raising a complaint when no one bothers to provide updates on progress. Can someone from BA please get in touch urgently!!!
