@ATT Account was hacked, phone was black-listed. Hours on the phone, 4 trips to the store. AT&T fighting with store manager. No resolution. Had to buy a new phone $1,300. Totally ridiculous. I have had five lines for 15 years. Worst customer service ever! Goodbye AT&T!

Think about all the time and aggravation banning liquids has caused. If the rules don’t apply to everyone, isn’t it completely ineffective?I’m not worried about flying nor do I think this pilot is a terrorist, but pointing out how maybe the rule should apply to EVERYONE.

@BostonLogan Today at 8:05 I watched a pilot walk thru the security metal detector w/a large Starbucks coffee. I asked why he was allowed do carry liquids & the response was “he’s a pilot”. I asked “can pilots not be terrorists”? Check the cameras if U don’t believe meTerminal B.
