@O2 I need to make a claim on my phone insurance due to a cracked screen. I have tried calling the number on my confirmation email but it just tells me that unless I have a current claim I can't get through to anybody. I am unable to get to a branch, Can you help please?

@AskSmythsToys I collected a pool yesterday from your Norwich branch, I got home and inflated it and it has 3 holes in it. How do I go about exchanging as nobody in store is answering the phone, I don't want to travel 30 miles to the store to be told they can't do anything? Please help.
