Man I just dreamt a new character trailer at evo and it was a Mina the Hollower character but it wasn’t Mina, it was some white dog that vaguely resembled Luigi. The trailer was unfinished and gameplay was explained over a looping part

@DalLikePal @momaniasfc Look I love Luigi’s mansion but that still falls under the Mario umbrella which already it’s main villains. If they do plan to trim the roster, I don’t see any new Mario characters being necessary since the series already has all its icons

@TheSmashWaffle Mostly solid, Pokémon rival is a cool pick. Theres a bit of fluff I think like Pauline, nabbit, greninja, crash and Horace (as funny as it would be) with that extra room if add back snake, terry, wolf, cloud, and Simon.
Maybe swap Byleth for whatever new protagonist there is.
