@Macys needs to do better and train their staff to do better. I am happy to be vindicated but sad that it took all that for people to believe me. Unacceptable! Another terrible experience of

And the reason they didn't believe is because they made assumption about me. If I were white, they would've 1. Looked for the shoes and 2. Just give me another pair. It was $20 not a $200 purchase. I had spent way more than that at another department just moments earlier.
