The copycat branding in certain supermarkets does make me chuckle.

Often asked for advice on how to start a business. The only barrier is yourself. I was my own biggest doubter, now I’m my own biggest success. Start small. Start today. Don’t look back. 💪🏼

An afternoon off today, spent cooking of course. I had some leftover pork loin, which I chargrilled, and sat it on top of a Cantonese classic. Sweet and sour. A dish I ate many times when I lived in Hong Kong. If you ask me, it’s perfectly simple and brilliantly tasty. 🇭🇰🥢

‘Lollipop Sweet Shop’. I just felt like naming this one, because that’s what I see when I look at it. Lamb cutlets, purple pomme purée, juniper red wine sauce. 🍇🐑
