I love our Fruit & Herb vinegars ! Thought I’d experiment with marinades!
3 tablespoons of Apple & Sage vinegar
2 tablespoons of Rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons of Honey
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 Shallot finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt & Black Pepper

To produce crispy chicken in the oven, cook it at 220° / 200 fan occasionally basting the thighs with marinade.
Wish I’d left the skin on but still tasty!
