That number does not include wounded, which takes total out of action to well over 30%

Remember, Russia is now bombing civilians throughout Ukraine, by air strikes & missiles. Even in areas where they never invaded, or from where they have been kicked out. The air strikes continue. It means parents have to do this. Prepare their kids, in case parents die.
