In honoring the leaders of the RPF and RPA Inkotanyi, we profoundly acknowledge the exceptional sacrifice, strategic wisdom, and unwavering patriotism of those who guided the political and military liberation struggle from its inception to its realization. We honor the pioneering leaders who laid the foundation at the ultimate cost, remembering figures like Gen Maj Fred Gisa Rwigema, Maj Peter Bayingana, and Maj Chris Bunyenyezi, alongside early political stalwarts like Aloisea Inyumba and Tito Rutaremara, Sheikh Harelimana, Musoni........................and many others. We extend our highest gratitude to HE President Paul Kagame, who took command during the most critical turning point, brilliantly leading the forces to defeat the genocidal machinery, stop the Genocide against the Tutsi, and restore a broken nation.

Our deep appreciation also goes to the core military commanders and influential political cadres who worked tirelessly to secure victory, manage the transition, and rebuild the country, Down to the present-day leadership within both the RPF Secretariat and the Rwanda Defence Force RDF who uphold this noble legacy, we thank you for the discipline, resilience, and dignity that defined this struggle. You remain the bedrock upon which today's united, secure, and progressively transforming Rwanda firmly stands
