I have stopped supporting the #harambeestars . From the time I started watching football (2003) to date I have always had expectations for the team. But each time ( bar 2004 and 2019), the team falls short. I am still patriotic but I am done with the team.
🚨 BREAKING: Cristiano Ronaldo to retire from international football with Portugal after the World Cup, his sister Katia says.
“Enjoy it while it lasts. It's ending soon. The info I have, from a reliable source… this is his LAST DANCE”, told SportTV.
If you are not ready to have a baby, WEAR A CONDOM.
Or, ABSTAIN during her fertile period.
Don't force a woman to get an implant, a coil or hormonal pills to cover your sexual convenience and primitive cravings.
The best family planning methods:
• Calendar
• Condom
• Semen retention (Dry Orgasm)
Keep your women away from hormonal contraceptives.
They are harmful to their hormonal, metabolic, and psychological health.
Intra-uterine coils are not safe either.
Perhaps it's time to set the record straight: Leicester City winger Silko-Amari Otieno Thomas and Tottenham Hotspur full-back Djed Spence have no Kenyan roots.
Both players have dismissed claims of any connection to Kenya, stating they have no Kenyan heritage through their parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents.
If the opposition remains united, where exactly will Ruto get votes from in 2027?
Mt Kenya is angry, Gen Z is furious, workers are tired, businesses are bleeding, churches are uneasy, and even his former loyalists are now whispering.
No Kenyan incumbent has ever entered an election under this kind of national siege.
FOODS HARMING YOUR HEART
RICE:
Rice is rich in starch, which is simply weak, long chains of glucose that rapidly rise after a meal of rice.
A rapid rise in blood sugar requires insulin to move glucose into cells.
Repeated exposure to high insulin levels causes insulin resistance, which escalates the process of inflaming blood vessels and consequently heart disease.
NAURU, INDONESIA, CHINA and INDIA, whose staple food is rice, have the highest prevalence of heart diseases.

I have some advice for young men newly employed,
When you get employed:
• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity
• Work hard
• Respect your employer
• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols
• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer
However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,
• Quit respectfully
• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter
• Return your employer's resources in your custody
• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity
• Leave with a clean conscience
Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.
Don't think you are smarter than your employer.
The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.
The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.
Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.
Leave courteously.
This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.
Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.
Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
Dear President William Ruto,
At a time when Kenya is marking two years since the deaths of young Gen Z protesters, your public attack on Standard Media Group is deeply worrying. The media is not your enemy. A free press is not a favour from State House. It is a right protected by the Constitution. Its work is to ask questions, report facts, expose failure and hold power to account.
