Founders, You Want to pick my brain? I’ll save you time, here’s what I find in 90% of my calls:
- you have too much going on, cut 50-70% of your initiatives, channels, costs etc
- as a result, you’re executing in a mediocre/surface level way, take any signal you find and peel the onion 3 more levels deep.
- you are spending too much $ on service providers and not developing yourself or team nearly enough
- you are slow. Bc you have too many things going on and not enough resources.
- you aren’t connecting your resources/inputs to your initiatives/outputs in a realistic way.
