I'm seeing a lot of videos where prisoners get out of handcuffs. I learned very early in my career to loop one cuff through a belt loop before putting cuff on the arm. If no belt loop make a hole in pants near the waistband. #besafe

@gatienmc The guy that replaced me when I retired is quite an accomplished artist too. He drew this for me when I retired. I chuckle every time I see it.

I want to share this retirement gift that arrived 2day. I can tell you that 1 of my Officers painted this. I have know him for 35yrs and just found out he can paint like this, but I can't say who because he doesn't take requests/special orders. This is awesome, I love it. Thank U

Ok; just so we can clarify this for those at the back of the room. If you are facing a Red traffic control signal; you cannot, I say again cannot enter the intersection for the purposes of conducting a U-Turn.
