@Delta Yes and while you inconvenience us can you at least get my plane at a gate so we can get off the plane to find the new level of hell you will put us through. Sitting here 30 minutes waiting for a gate at ATL is BS.
The incompetence of @ATLairport to get a plane parked is bordering on ludicrous. I can appreciate a computer snafu but this is redicilous. Add @delta cancelling and rebooking and then canceling my rebook to be on an even earlier plane leaves me most likely missing my flight.
I put @USAA on blast recently, but I received a good call today from their Advocacy Team that renewed my faith that they are listening to their customers. Don’t want to be treated special, just want good customer service…and today they delivered!
So disappointed in @USAA for my claims process and overall service. Loyal member for more than 25 years, and it is sad I can’t get someone to return a phone call. Not sure what next move is, but time to start looking for a new insurance and bank if they don’t do better than this
Don’t be too proud of yourselves, somehow my luggage was loaded then unloaded. Now it is my problem to call LAX to find it because DFW rep said it wasn’t her job. Worst customer service via app; called number and got hung up on. I will never willingly travel on@AmericanAir
Nothing like having @AmericanAir cancel your flight and then tell you the best they can do is standby for multiple flight over the next 12+hours, but remain confident they can get me to my destination…trust not warranted.
PACAF/CCC: We have a professional responsibility to teach our force about PRC. I grew up with media teaching us Russia was bad, then 9/11 happened and we learned GWOT and terrorism. Now, read and ask questions about our new near-peer competitors. #ASC21#PACAF
PACAF/CCC: Be a master of your craft. Focus on building trust. ‘Accelerate Change or Lose’ needs us to push decision making down to the lowest level. A captain or a tech sergeant will have to make decisions while doing ACE based on info given weeks before. #ASC21#PACAF
PACAF/CCC: We already learn new languages and terms when we go to PME and interact with teammates from other AFSCs; having relentless curiosity will help you learn joint and allies/parters way of doing business so we can work together. #ASC21#PACAF
"We certainly don't do what we do in the Pacific without allies and partners. It would be totally impossible! We incorporate them in all of our day-to-day operations" - CMSgt Wolfe

Cool story. 72 years later the USAF made a wish come true by recognizing the accomplishment of a Tuskegee Airmen to have his 1949 “Top Gun” recognized officially. Respect! #ASC21#PACAF
Gen. Wilsbach, PACAF commander, and Cindy Wilsbach, PACAF First Lady, meet Lt. Col. (ret.) James Harvey, a Tuskegee Airman of the famed “Red Tails” unit, during the Air Force Association’s Air, Space, and Cyber Conference, Sept. 21.
#PACAF Commander, Gen. Wilsbach, is at #ASC21 getting ready to talk about Agile Combat Employment. Stay tuned for more information, but in the meantime, checkout this video on how our #Airmen executed #ACE during Pacific Iron. #FreeandOpenIndoPacific
COMPACAF delivered solid messages to media, think tank on importance of ACE, need to compete/deter with near-peer competitors, resourcing needs for theater air superiority, value of working with allies/partners. #ASC21#PACAF
