Your reply could not resolve the issue. My order is on hold. With no further details disclosed by @Flipkart. Have sent the order ID in DM. Kindly do the needful or disclose the reason behind this dubious practice of letting the consumers place prepaid orders when not even one of them can be successfully completed? Can only imagine the number of customers who have their money locked with @Flipkart under the garb of this sale. @flipkartsupport

#Flipkart Sale is a hoax as is their business model.

My brother’s @Apple iPhone order has been CANCELLED 6 TIMES.
Money deducted every single time.
Refunds still incomplete.
And the cancelled orders placed were done using different devices to ensure the issue is not on our end. Latest order? ON HOLD.

What exactly is this business model? Block people’s hard-earned money, cancel orders, keep customers running to support chats that have been misleading too. Early access is just as much a hoax. Such a drain!

If you can’t fulfil iphone orders, STOP pretending and duping customers during sales. At this point, Flipkart sale feels less like e-commerce and more like a temporary fund collection drive from customers. Not surprising to see so many facing this. Absolute shame.

आज सुबह वेतन आने के खुशी में मैने भाई के लिए i Phone 17 Pro फोन ऑर्डर की थी।

ऑफर चलने के वजह से यह फोन मुझे 110548 रूपये का पड़ा था लेकिन पेमेंट कट जाने के बाद भी Flipkart ऑर्डर को होल्ड पर रखा हुआ हैं।
