@NareshKella4BJP@Pawankhera@narendramodi There is shortage of urea since last one year, even before the war started. I am a farmer. For this govt everything is about managing headlines and perception. You will have to start opening your eyes and ears and understand the ground reality.
A long tweet born out of grief and anguish.
The Indore water deaths are not a tragedy, they are a feature of our governance model. We have perfected the art of building monuments to cleanliness while people drink poison. Swachh Bharat rankings are announced from air conditioned offices while municipal water kills those who have no choice but to drink it. This is not incompetence but a system working exactly as designed.
Nobody gets a promotion for maintaining boring water testing protocols.
Nobody cuts a ribbon for “another year without waterborne deaths.”
But make a city top some cleanliness chart and suddenly there are photo ops and awards and international delegations visiting to learn our success story.
Meanwhile the actual water supply system runs on duct tape, sutli to be precise and prayers because that infrastructure is underground, invisible, unglamorous.
When deaths happen, we activate the standard protocol. Form committee. Promise compensation. Transfer some clerk. Wait for the news cycle to forget. The structural rot that killed people remains untouched because fixing it requires sustained unglamorous work that generates zero content for Instagram reels and Twitter threads celebrating development.
The class dimension is the cruelest part.
The officials whose negligence caused this have RO systems at home, drink packaged water, live in areas with private backup infrastructure.
The people who died had one option: municipal supply. When that failed, they died. Their lives are valued at exactly one compensation cheque and three days of news coverage.
This pattern repeats everywhere. Bridges collapse. Buildings burn. Oxygen runs out. Papers leak. Every single time: initial denial, damage control, compensation, transfers, memory hole. We never fix the system because that would require admitting the system is broken. Instead we just wait for the next set of expendable lives to be expended, then repeat the cycle.
Unless you admit the system is broken, you cannot fix it.
We have normalized a transactional relationship with our own citizens’ lives. Take money, vote, hope you don’t drink the wrong water or cross the wrong bridge or need oxygen on the wrong day. If you do, your death will be worth exactly one news cycle and whatever compensation amount some committee decides your life was worth. Then we move on to the next set of deaths, the next hollow promises, the next cleanliness ranking that means nothing to people drinking poisoned water.

From the Battlefield to a Cell, The Unspoken Pain of an Indian Soldier, 444 Days Without My Brother!
It’s been 1 year, 2 months, 17 days, 443 days in total, 10,632 hours, 637,920 minutes… since my brother, Major Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, was taken.
Since Maj Vikrant was 1st abducted, held incommunicado for eight long months, then kept in detention somewhere in the Middle East, my life has been a countdown of fear, hope & unbearable silence.
I am waiting to hear his voice, I am waiting to see his face, I dread what they have done to him.
I dread it because only I know who he was when he was whole, & I dread it because I know what he managed to communicate in that one final call…
A call made to the only number he could still remember.
A call carrying more pain than words.
A call carrying more truth than the world is ready to face.
I have more questions than answers, so much terror in every second that passes.
My brother suffers from many injuries from his line of duty.
He has given his youth, his strength, his mind, his life to Bharat.
He has lived & bled for the flag.
As Bharat rises as a global force, our soldiers & veterans are becoming easy targets abroad.
This is not just personal anymore, this pattern of picking up our soldiers & veterans abroad… is this now jeopardising our own National Security instead?
We must ask this question. We must demand answers. We must not turn away.
We need the same, decisive action that was taken in Qatar, I am putting my faith, my life & my hope in our government ..That they will safely bring their soldier back.
The same action that brought home our Naval veterans.
Our soldier deserves no less. No Indian soldier deserves less.
Bring our soldier back.
Do not let this momentum die.
Do not let a man who gave everything to this nation be abandoned in silence.
We must not forget our veterans, we must not let this happen to them, not now, not ever.
As my late father, Col VK Jaitly (SM), always said, “If you want to honour a soldier, be an Indian worth dying for.”
BHAI I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING FINDING YOU
I will NOT stop, I will NOT give up till he is back to the soil of his Bharat, the country he gave up all for!!

Since the inception of publications like ITR, CTR, taxmann since 1970s, there was no innovation in the way "Catch Notes" are written for case laws.
Last year, we started training AI on 10000+ datasets to learn and write catch-notes and today, I would like to showcase its results.
Lets try the feature in the latest case law involving our former ICAI President Mr. Atul Gupta.
Do share and RT if you feel this shall help fellow professionals.
