The authority must compare the audit reports filed last year and audit report filed till now to get rought estimate of the no of audit reports yet to be filed in the coming 7 days given the condition of the portal would not be same in coming days

Portal fail कर दो...
Upload किए invoices भी 2B में नहीं दिखेंगे...
Recipients परेशान... हर बार वही कहानी।

GSTR-3B की Due Date आए...
Portal फिर fail कर दो..
Tax payment अटक जाएगी,...
लेकिन Interest और Late Fees पूरे लगाओ...
हर बार वही कहानी।

Ticket raise करो...
कोई समय पर response नहीं...
कोई accountability नहीं...
और compliance का सारा बोझ taxpayer पर...

सच में, ऐसे compliance portals पर लानत है,
जहाँ system fail हो तो भी जिम्मेदारी taxpayer की ही मानी जाती है।

Trying since long to file the GSTR 3B, either we can't log in or it gets logged out automatically.
@Infosys_GSTN @GST_Council @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman kindly provide some solution or extension aa honest taxpayers always suffer in this country.

Is there any accountability left or not?
Today’s situation has crossed all limits.

It would be better to clearly inform taxpayers not to attempt filing returns today, as the system is simply not working.

By tomorrow, everything will be processed along with interest and late fees—putting the burden unfairly on users.

A nationwide glitch is currently affecting GSTR-3B filing, with taxpayers across the country facing the same issue today. This is causing significant disruption and uncertainty.

Hopefully, the problem gets resolved at the earliest. However, if @Infosys_GSTN is unable to fix it within the next one hour, @cbic_india should seriously consider extending the due date for filing GSTR-3B to avoid unnecessary hardship for taxpayers.
